We will meet at the Pink Wall and carpool to Arrowhead Marsh at Martin Luther King Jr Regional Shoreline in Oakland near the Oakland Airport. This is a 75 acre tidal marsh which will be at King Tide. This serves as a vital stop along the Pacific Flyway. Bring binoculars if you have them. Hopefully we will view the Ridgway's Rail, an endangered species, which eluded us last year. Hundreds of shorebirds, ducks, and herons visit during the fall. There are easy walking paths. Our member birder Glenn will lead the outing.
